If your site meets our Site Selection Criteria, timescales are determined by the availability of volunteer effort.

If once approve then what type of advantages will get our website?

I'm not aware of any.

The only "advantage" is that it can them be found in the category it is listed in, and eventually in other directories/services which use our data.
