Existing listings don't time expire. So long as they contribute useful content, they stay.
If you want us to amend the description, by all means use the update url button at top right of the directory page. I suggest you read our editor guidelines first though. If your update doesn't comply, it'll likely be declined (leaving the original listing in place).
