Resubmitting a site

I submitted my site some time ago. It is not approved yet. Now I fond better name/URL for my web site. I registered it and I want to move all the content to my new name. It will be exactly the same web site, but different url. How I can to cancel my previous submition and submit my website under a new name?

When you suggest your new website, presumably to the same category, leave a note to the editor as part of the proposed description [like this].

Also, put a redirect on the old one pointing to the new. This can be either automatic or a prominent notice on the home page.
