Romania and Russia

how come these two Romania and Russia don't have their own WORLD: Subcategory, each have more post's and viewers than many of the countrys who do have.
who makes this kind of decision?

Although the Russian and Romanian threads have more posts than the entire Suomi and Dansk fora, it takes a little effort to create a new forum. Perhaps it should be done.

It would be nice to add one, if someone had the time

We don't create new forums unless we have meta editors able and willing to moderate in them. We'll keep this request in mind. Note: there are actually other languages in that forum that probably have more posts but they're spread out over multiple threads; so the size of the thread is really no indication.

but to have up to a 100 or maybe more(maybe less) users ..all posting in the same thread it's not so cool....
anyway..no harm no foul
