Rules on splitting sites

Hi ODP,

Please could someone help to answer a quick question.

We have a site that is starting to cover to many catogories, if we split the site into 5 sites (differant URL's) with each focusing on there own theame, could we have all 5 included (if excepted) into the ODP.

Or would we have to use our existing site (if excepted) as a kind of directory for people to navigate to the broken down sites.

Any help with this would be great, we dont want to waist your time by submiting 5 sites if there is no point .

To best advise further we would need to know the URL(s) so that we can see exactly what you are trying to explain.

Generally our reaction would be that separate small sites are less valuable to the surfer than single integrated sites -- and so deserve fewer listings, not more.

You could get the same impression by reading our submittal policies and noticing carefully what may happen to you if you submit "multiple related sites".
