Service Temporarily Unavailable , thus i cant submit my URL

Dear Editor,
Could u please tell me how longer it will take to submit a url, from last 2/3 weeks i find same message "Service Temporarily Unavailable "

I want to submit my personal homepage from last 1 month. I was really socked to find NO CATEOGORY OF BANGLADESH for personal homepage.

I dont know why we are so neglected, though few days before our great Yonous got Nobel on Peace for Grameen Bank.

Could u please let me know how to submit my homepage

Watch for the announcement in our "announcement" forum. There may be someone else who wants to know, and that way, we can post just once to tell you both.

Think of the ODP as sort of like a Grameen Bank for directory-builders. There isn't any International Budget and Micromanagement Headquarters: just ordinary people, working on opportunities they know about. Nobody knows why one editor works in one area (is that his home? his birthplace? a place he wants to visit?) and another editor doesn't.

Maybe you know someone who'd like to help build a directory of web information with a special focus on Bangladesh? We're all volunteers.

If there is no Personal Pages subcategory for a place (Bangladesh or wherever), then you should suggest personal pages in the category above. When we find enough listable personal page sites, we'll CREATE the subcategory. This rule applies regardless of what kind of subcategory is missing--suggest sites to the parent where you think that category should have been.

But as you know, nobody can edit or suggest sites right now. We're all waiting for the announcement.

Thanx for your answers, I firsttime heard it from u that u will create a subcategory when u will find enough sites to be listed there. It would be better to write in somewhere which can help us thinking like u.

BTW, i acually missed to read that announcement though i sould have.
