Service Temporarily Unavailable

Hello,
its now more then 2 months that I am trying to add a site to :

http://dmoz.org/World/Français/Commerce_et_économie/Ressources_humaines/Conseil/

And always get the "Service Temporarily Unavailable" answer...

What is the matter, please ? Is dmoz going down ?
Or are you desperately looking for an editor for this category ?

You must have slid right by the announcement at the top of every forum. It explains that we had a major systems failure a while ago and that not all functionality is yet restored. It will be updated when the situation changes, but we can't predict when that might be.

I am trying to suggest my url and I have seen the annoucement dated Dec18th.. any furhter update when this service would be avaliable ???

Did you read the post immediately above yours? The "It will be updated when the situation changes, but we can't predict when that might be." part is particularly relevant to your question.
