shopping web sites

I have a couple questions about qualifying as a shopping web site for tuxedos.

If we offer tuxedo rentals online, do we have to accept a credit card? Are we required to use a shopping cart? If we offer online tuxedo rentals and/or sell tuxedos, can we reapply to men's formal wear? Can we sell or rent one tuxedo online and qualify as a shopping web site?

In addition to providing online sales, there must be a variety of unique content. Offering one item would in most cases not be enough. Credit cards and a secure shopping cart is not required. The FAQ I linked to in the other thread, and as stated by Alucard addresses this.

Also, to quote the FAQ mentioned above, to be listed:
The key is that the site contains three elements: lists of products for sale, prices, and information on how the consumer can obtain the product from their own home.
