Should I change categories?

I submitted my site http://www.chadmoss.com close to 2 years ago and it has not yet been included - I have since changed my focus somewhat and think I may need to be in a more specific category. How do I request that change on a site I have already submitted that is not listed yet?

You may submit once to the new category and in the description space add: [replaces submission made to cat/subcat/subcat]

There's no clock-watchers here, so it doesn't matter. There may be a clock somewhere--who knows?--but if so, it wouldn't matter either.
