should I re-submit?

I submitted the site http://extraordinarywork.com to DMOZ in March 2003 under the category Business: Marketing and Advertising: Public Relations: Agencies: E
It doesnt show up. Should I resubmit the site? The site has been redesigned and the firm would really like to get a DMOZ listing.
