Should I resubmit bloggertalk.com?

I submitted this site a while ago. Maybe I submit to the wrong category, I don't know because there was no directly relevant category, it's a forum for people who are interested in blogging. Should I resubmit this to another category, and if so which category. Thank you for any advice.
