Site at URL has totally changed, will resubmissions be effective?

I recently changed my site from being a gift registry to a fully fledged gift retailer with secure payment facilities and gifts delivered from stock.

When the site was a gift regsitry, it made money from affiliate links (lots of them), which is why probably why I have never achieved a listing thus far.

Now the site has changed so much, how can I get an editor to revisit it. I fear that my resubmission will be dismissed out of hand, as they've seen the site before.

Thanks

Suggy

If the content has changed radically like that, then I would put a little note in square brackets [...] in the description when I suggest the site again explaining that.

Resubmit the site if you are sure it now complies with all the guidelines. Mention your changes in [square brackets] at the start of your description. An editor will look - but gift retailing is a very competitive business and you need to have something pretty eye catching to stand a chance of being considered. Remember unique content and lots of it, not just the same products as a thousand other gift retailers.
[eeek, motsa got there first but mine was more long-winded. :D ]

Isn't trying to outdo a witch (albeit a good witch) someone of a dangerous preoccupation?
