Site can listed in two categories?

Can Indian Freelancers site listed in two different following categories:

http://dmoz.org/Regional/Asia/India/Business_and_Economy/Computers_and_Internet/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/

AND

http://dmoz.org/Regional/Asia/India/Delhi/Business_and_Economy/Computers_and_Internet/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/

For a listing in regional we would consider your 'physical' office/branch locations when deciding which category to list a site in. If you have more than one location we would list the site in a category that covered 'all' of your physical locations within India.

From what I can see you only have one location in India so your site should be listed there. I should also mention that we do not list sites in regional categories based on coverage or service area - just physical location/s.

Am I right in thinking that you are based in Delhi?
