Site change then de-listed

I put in for a domain change in this category...
dmoz.org/Reference/Education/Products_and_Services/ Academic_Papers/Fee_Based/

And the change was successful, but I think we were slow to phase out the old domain, as the new site was de-listed and now we have no listing.

The new site is mostpopular-term-papers.com
and the old site was termpapermasters.com

Termpapermasters has been manually removed from Google by us, and we are currently working on removing it from all engines.

What I would like to know is, is there anything I can do to get the site re-listed in DMOZ?

I'm not sure why it was removed, We did tell dmoz that we were phasing out the old site, so they knew both existed I think it was because we didn't de-list the old site from Google fast enough.

As far as I know we comply with all terms of service at the search engines and dmoz, please tell me if there is more I can do to comply and get it re-listed.

Probably not.

In the future, expect to see more sites removed from those categories, and very few if any sites listed.

The reason is the same as in other categories -- the editing community is in the process of deciding that their value to end-users is not worth the pain of editing them and the shame of seeing how much spam gets into them through all the barriers. (Remember Gambling/Directories? Remember MLM/Individual Representatives?)

I checked the logs and the editor from DMOZ saw both sites listed at Google, so I do think it was a duplicate site issue. But they knew about that when they listed it, and we took the old site out of google. I just think we didn't do it fast enough.

I realize that it's not in the most upstanding category.
But we were listed and I'm promoting this legitimitely, and now it's going to be real tough without DMOZ. I know this can be done without spam, but I need dmoz to do it.

I already answered this exact question from you at another forum. Are you going to post all over the net hoping for an answer you like?

I realize you people are volunteers, I'm not trying to deceive anyone, I posted in a search engine optimization forum before and I wanted to ask the question in a pure dmoz forum.
My goal of these postings is to hopefully get an editor to see this was a misunderstanding, that my site was removed for a reason that dmoz knew was being taken care of.

I thought maybe the editor who removed it didn't know the situation.
