Site dead, but still listed in DMOZ, should we report it? and How?

I know of a site that is listed in DMOZ, the main page is still up, but when you go to the content page, it says site has been closed. The site is in my hometown and I know it has been closed for about 6 months, still the link and directory listing is still in DMOZ, do we report it and where?
