Site doesn't get listed

Good evening, folks!

After reading all the forum rules and guidelines I try to
be as objective as possible.

I've submitted our company's website at least two times now.
The first submission was one year ago and the second one
was about two weeks ago. The category I'm talking about is
http://www.dmoz.org/World/Deutsch/Regional/Europa/%C3%96sterreich/Salzburg/St%C3%A4dte_und_Gemeinden/S/Salzburg/Wirtschaft/Computer_und_Internet/

It's the best possible category for the website imo;
it was also important for me to fill out the submission form
correctly wihtout any spam or misleading information.

Is there anything else I can do, to help the editors getting
the submitted link listed as fast as possible? The category
isn't that big, and the submitted website fits really well into it,
that's why I assume, it should get listed "easily", hopefully.

Nope, because those editors will process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be.
Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years.
There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.

Alright, thanks for your answer.
In this case it makes sense, as the second
submission fits - as far as I can remember -
the submission guidelines far better.

Is there any chance to get a reason for why
a submission probably gets rejected?

No, because we don't discuss specific websites here. However, you can check this for yourself.
