Site dropped

My site was dropped www.creekkennels.com. It is the first site I have ever created or submitted, but I submitted the same url twice after it did not appear in 3 weeks.

Right after the second submission my site appeared and it has been out there for several months.

Is this the reason I was there one day and gone the next?

And if this is the reason, may I apologize and resubmit (only one time) or am I banned forever?

http://www.creekkennels.com/ has never been listed in dmoz.org. I don't know where you saw the site listed and then not listed but it wasn't here. Feel free to suggest your site to the appropriate category (which would not be in Top/Business) and then come back here in a month to ask for a status check on it.

The reason I think it was there is when I searched for arkansas+lab puppies in the Yahoo search window. I was at one time the number one site. (Last week even) I was proud. Now I am confused.
