I submitted my site about 4 months back. As I could not find the site in ODP, I was trying to resubmit it. When I fill the submission form, I get a message that site already exists but it is no where to be found. I tried searching by putting domain name into search but it is not found there also. Please help.

In any case, since you've already suggested your site once, there's no reason to suggest it again.
Some volunteer will process your first listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.

If motsa's theory/memory are correct, there's definitely no need to re-suggest your website. It's already been approved by a trainee and is awaiting confirmation by a more experienced editor.
