I am wondering what this site is doing in this category. (London is not in South Africa ???)

I don't think you are being difficult. You are simply pointing out something that appears to be placed improperly in the category.

First, I do not edit in this category so I am just offering my opinion. I think in this case you might be looking at the site name "londonlink" and not the site and what it provides, because at first glance I began to agree with you.

The sight, although "about" travelling to London is in fact an information site for South Africans who are visiting/planning to visit the UK. Sites are listed based on where they are located not where their service would be applied. At first glance, it appears to be a "London" site but when you examine further, it is designed to offer South African's information about travelling to the UK. Since this is a site about traveling to the UK (from SA) it is not a UK site, it is a South African travel guide for SA citizens.

Again, I do not edit there so it is just my take of the sites placement. I could be off base and if I am someone will come along and set us both straight. Hopefully that clears up some of the confusion of the placement.

I saw that it was 'based' in South Africa.

Fact is though, if a person is looking for info on travelling to London it's not logical to look under Travel & Tourism > South Africa, regardless where I am from. That was my point. If I was going to travel to London I would....

search for:
Travel & Tourism > UK > London
and not
Travel & Tourism > Africa > South Africa

thats just not a logical search. Who searches like that? Or am I an wrong in thinking that?
