Site Inclusion Problem

I submitted a site to:

in late January. Because it was never indexed, I resubmitted in mid-March, yet it is still not included. This category has no editor, so I am unsure how to inquire on why it has not been added. Any ideas? Thanks.

There are sites waiting for review in that category - in order for someone to check, though, you'll need to provide the URL you submitted.
