Site Listed but Not Showing Up in Search?

Quick question.

If a site was listed in the Dmoz directory for years and recently was deleted after a request for change in a title and description. Then it was added back in to a local section and shows a listing but no search results.

Is there some sort of time period before the listing shows up in the search results?

If you can see the listing in the new section but nothing comes up under the search results. Does that seem correct?
Or is there some sort of propagation time period before it shows up in the search results?

Yes, there is a bit of a delay before listings show up in search at dmoz.org. It can be a few days, up to a week.

Sounds good but I know the listing has been up a little over a week and still not showing up in the search results.
I guess we'll have to give it a bit more time.

And remember, in some universes, a week can be much longer than 7 days.
