Site No Longer Listed. What Happened?

Hello,
Our site <URL deleted> used to be listed in the following category, but its no longer there.

We aren't a mirror site, duplicate content or anything of the sorts. How can we find out what happened? Why we were removed? We are a quality site that updates content daily.
