I launched my website (www.cgarena.com) 4 months before and i submit my entry for submission in Arts: Visual Arts: Computer Graphics: 3D category. But till now my site is not added.

Yesterday, i submit a entry again. Btw, anyone can tell me what can be the reason of this. I know it can take 1 week to 6 months but 4 months are already over and dont have any status yet...so want to know there is some problem with my submission.

Hope anyone helps.

May I ask you to read the FAQ about suggesting sites to the directory? If you still have questions after reading it, you are welcome to come back here and ask them, but the FAQ actually addresses your specific queries. Thanks! {moz}

I alread read...and mentioned preferred method is now to suggest the site to the category and wait at least a month. If, after a month, the site has not appeared, then feel free to submit one more time only and i done the same thing but what i do...4 months are over...that's why i post here.

My previous websites doesnt take mor than a month but dont know what happen to this site and i am sure i am submitting in write category because my competitors site also listed there.

http://resource-zone.com/forum/faq.php?faq=faq_site_questions#faq_how_long :
The time between submission and an editorial review ranges anywhere from two minutes to over two years. This is due to the voluntary nature of the ODP - editors volunteer their time free of charge to do what they can to build the directory. Reviewing submitted sites is only one of many tasks which editors need to perform, and for many editors, not the top priority.
It can take rather more than two years, or it can happen within a few days -- it all depends on whether there is interest in the editor community for reviewing suggested sites in that particular category, or not. There is nothing more you or anybody else can do to make sure the site is reviewed, I'm afraid.

Oh, there are "professional" sites on the web, many of them. And if you're looking for professional services, there are many places you can find it. The Yahoo Directory is (of course) the "professional" site that is least dissimilar to the ODP, so if you're looking for a "professional" site similar to the ODP, Yahoo is the least-weak of the professional directories. The ODP still "works" better than Yahoo, for the only thing that matters to surfers. But that part may not be of any interest to you -- and they offer your professional services.
