Site Not Listed Yet

It's been over a month since I submitted my website www.freewebs.com/victoriasrattery/ to dmoz, and it still hasn't been listed. I thought for a moment that maybe I didn't submit it to dmoz, because I remember checking it out but wasn't exactly sure if I did submit it. I thought this because I was not yet listed after a month. It's been a couple weeks since then and I'm still not listed. Is this normal? I submitted the site to be listed in the following section: http://www.dmoz.org/Recreation/Pets/Rodents/Rats/Ratteries/North_America/
Not sure if that helps or not. Please let me know what's going on. Thanks.
