Site not up to standard

The site http://www.hirojo-u.ac.jp/cgimap/landscape_e.html only has 12 pictures in it with a basic descriptions for the photos. The photos are nothing special, nor are the descriptions. There are many other sites on the same topic which are much better than this. I think it should be removed.
