site only showing in search results / site update

Hello. I recently searched the directory for a listing for a site needing to be updated (http://www.cadysonline.com),
and it shows up when doing a search under the category:

http://dmoz.org/Society/Organizations/Nonprofit_Resources/Fundraising/Wholesale_Products/

Problem is that when I go to this category, the listing is not there. I have tried updating the listing as well, but still no luck. How long does it take to update? Does each category vary depending on the editor for the particular category? Why is it only showing when searching for it? I have read a few similar postings, but was not sure if all the categories behaved the same.

I am new to this so any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There was a recent hardware upgrade that resulted in public page generation being turned off. Staff is currently working on it, and when they get it working again, the pages will update. We have no control over that process, and don't know when it'll be fixed.

The site is listed on the editor side, and should be appearing in RDF dumps used by the downstream users.
