Site removed from dmoz

Hello,

My site has been removed from DMOZ, I don´t know why??
Has this an effect of the google seach results from my site, because it is now no longer in the google directory as well?
I can only see it still listed in the google cache...
Has this vanishing from the google directory effects for google seach results positions or my site-listing in google?
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

No website is guaranteed a permanent listing here. A website could disappear from our directory for a number of reasons such as:

- One of our robots found that it had become unavailable and moved it to a pool for later human evaluation.

- The website no longer meets our requirements or adds value to our directory.

- The website is in transit to a more appropriate category.

We can't comment about side effects such as search engine ranking. You could ask in one of the many webmaster oriented forums.
