Site resubmission after change of domain name & content update

Dear Sir or Madam,

I previously submitted my web site for inclusion on DMOZ directory a number of months ago. As far as I am aware that sight has not yet been included, though it may not have been looked at as yet. However, I have recently changed my web domain name and updated my web site content and was wondering if I can resubmit the site without causing problems. I intend to submit the site to a slightly different catergory "Top: Regional: Europe: United Kingdom: Health: Complementary and Alternative: Clinics and Practitioners", as this seems more appropriate. Hopefully, if this is ok then I will resubmit my details. If anybody has any other suggestions then I would be more than happy to hear.
