Sorry, we simply cannot tell. Our notes suggest it was submitted to multiple categories, and the deleted duplicate was in the category you mention. It may still be waiting somewhere else; or there may have been an editor mistake (the last is a low probability, but still possible.)

I do not recommend a resubmit, but I cannot be sure a resubmit is not needed.
