I can't believe you missed the large print "Please only submit here if
you have premises in several counties in the region.
Area covered is not relevant and most businesses should submit to their
locality eg. Farnham." when you submitted it to SE/Shopping.

Just like the colours site, you should have submitted the kamperhire site to the *locality* where they have a physical presence.

The category description for the category you say you suggested your site to is "This category is for businesses offering cars for self-drive hire from offices in more than one UK country." -- from the site it appears you wish to hide the address (the only location info on the site says "We are based in Winchester") but at a best guess, it should be submitted to Winchester http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/England/Hampshire/Winchester/

The reason I submitted it to the other category is because the company hires out vans to people all over the country.
