Thank you for your prompt reply, hutcheson... One last question... Does that mean that the site is still in the queue or that it was rejected? If rejected, may I try my luck resubmitting at a later date, or is some aspect permanently disqualifying my site?

No, it's not still in the queue.

If at some future time you have substantially more content, a resubmittal would not be unreasonable.
