Actually, if you compare the category descriptions I think you'll find that the Shopping category is better suited. For Shopping/Crafts/Woodcraft/Carving/Wildlife/ the description is

Web sites displaying wooden carvings or sculptures of wildlife created by hand, and in any way offering one or more of the items for sale.

and Arts/Crafts/Woodcraft/Carving/ says

We've reserved the Carving category, as well as its subcategories, for sites that give only minor consideration, if any, to selling.
