You may get listed in that other category and the category that you prefer, because sites can get listed in both a regional (here: India) and a topical category. Feel free to submit your site to your dezired topical category.

Thanks for your response. I have already submitted my request for update on 10/08/04 for the new category

Your request of moving the site to another category was declined on August 13th. Reasons are:

a) Your site is not wrong in the category which it is now in.

b) The editor reviewing your update submission didn't have privileges for your desired category. This means he could make your site disappear in the India category, but would have to leave the reappearance in the other category up to another editor - whenever that one would have time.

So don't worry about that update request, leave the site listed where it is now and feel free to submit your site additionally to the topical category.
