I have submit the site to
http://dmoz.org/World/Chinese_Simplified/%bc%c6%cb%e3%bb%fa/%bb%a5%c1%aa%cd%f8%c2%e7/%cd%f8%d5%be%c9%e8%bc%c6%ba%cd%b7%a2%d5%b9/%cd%f8%d5%be%cd%c6%b9%e3/ at the beginning of Oct. I would also like to know if the editor who is responsible for the category did add any new site to the category recently. Since the category is very small, I think my site shouldn't be in a long waiting queue. Thanks for any reply very much.

The suggestion is waiting together with a few others. The date the category was last edited is displayed at the bottom. I guess you know the language better than I do, to me it does not make much sense, maybe it is a different timescale than ours ?!? it looks like the "last edited" date is in december 2003, which is not very likely... (On the internal side it says 2003-10-30 - which looks a bit more likely to me, only some days ago.)

How if the editor there is a competitor of mine and who refuses to edit the listings waiting for review. He simply let those listings waiting for review but never edit them. The reason why i think so is I am quiet certain that he intends to do this.

You have looked at the editor profile of the editor - have you? You will have noticed that this section is only a small part of the area the editor edits in.

Apart from thar we have some systems in place to monitor such behaviour. If you think you can prove something (which I doubt in this case) you might want to look into the "Abuse" forum about advice which steps to take.
