If I knew where you had submitted it I would be able to check whether it's still in the queue or not. However, it looks to me like a Guthy Renker affiliate site, which means that it is unlikely to be listed.

It would help if you give a link to the category you submitted to. Looking at the notes, it appears you submitted to http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Health/Conditions_and_Diseases/Skin_Disorders/Acne/ but it was deleted from the unreviewed queue a few days ago with the note that it was either a duplicate submission or the site was already listed.

If you feel that this deletion was in error, please re-submit to the category once you have read the submission guidelines on the appropriate 'Add URL' page.

Please don't resubmit. We don't accept sites who's focus is affiliate sales due to the lack of unique content

That's sort of hard to believe when you see how many pages are identical to yours. The search I linked to above lists 109 sites that have the exact same description (word for word mind you) that you have on your site.

And as for your claim of being an independent single-source e-tailer, bringing you all of the finest As-Seen-On-TV products, and is not affiliated with Guthy-Renker Corporation. Proactiv® is a registered trademark of Guthy-Renker Corporation - well it seems that 20 sites have that exact same disclaimer as well.

There may be a terminology disjoin here. The site may not be "affiliated" based on some standard commercial or legal usage, but it is what ODP website reviewers call an "affiliate site."

Our definition relates to our "information flow model", not your "business model."

Basically, we mean "any site that consists primarily of advertisements for products sold at some other site, with links to the other site to place the actual order." And we extrapolate that definition to cover other technical means of achieving the same kind of information flow.

This relates to our experience asking the question: "what can we find at this site that we couldn't find anywhere else on the web?" If the answer is "nothing" (as it appears to be for this site) then we aren't interested in listing the site, no matter what anyone says.
