Site Submission - Directory Question

Our site is in both English and French. Within the site, there are 4 groupings of information. In one of our sections we have virtual exhibits dealing with a number of historic events/topics. Is there a way of doing a multiple submission so that the "chunks" of information are set up in different directories?

If I am not being clear, would be happy to provide more info/clarity.

The submittal guidelines say to submit a site to the ONE most appropriate category. Editors are happy for you to make an exception for multilingual sites. Therefore, please submit the site to the ONE most appropriate World/Francais category as well as the ONE most appropriate English-language category.
