NO, no one is routinely notified by email. An editor might choose to do that, but it's not a normal thing. You may enquire again in this thread in six months. In the meantime, search for your site URL lullaby-creations.com using the ODP search, that will usually indicate if it was accepted.

Make no assumpiton on the review time, it could be tomoorow, it might be in a couple of years. Totally unpredictable.
