Site Submission Inquiry

I was told by an editor to inquire here about the status of a site submission I made months ago. Can you please tell me if it is still in the queue or not?

was submitted about 7-9 months ago. I believe it should be in the following catagory although I am not sure:

I did not resubmit as I was told it could be viewed as SPAM. Any info you could provide would be very helpful.

A suggestion from June 2004 is waiting in that category. However, if your description is accurate, it cannot be listed there, but in a Riverside County category.

You may ask for status again in another 6 months (from now, not from submission).

Thank you for your reply. The description has likely changed. best-of-palm-springs.com is a community/travel guide for Palm Springs, CA. Can you tell me if it is indeed submitted to the wrong category should I re-submit? And if so, to what category? Or should I let it sit and let the editor handle it? I am for whatever get the site listed the quickest as it has been nearly a year...
