Site submission status after a year?

I submitted the site http://www.datadepositbox.com a couple of times over the last year or so. Each time I waited several months to find the site had not been added to the directory.

Is there a reason the site has not been included in the directory? I believe I had posted it in:
http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/On_the_Web/Web_Applications/Storage/
