Site Submission Status for http://www.bitskit.com

My web designer submitted my website to the Open Directory last year in October. I had assumed that all of her submissions were successful, but when I checked, my site wasn't listed. Can you please help me understand whether my site submission was ever acted upon? Can I re-submit? My site is http://www.bitskit.com and I wanted to list it in this category: http://www.dmoz.org/Home/Family/Parenting/Discipline/
