However, in order to be listed you need some content. The page only contains the placeholder text "This Domain Name is Reserved. . ." and if I were to review it (which I'm not, as it's not a category I edit in) I would delete it without thinking twice about it, and I'm sure most other editors would, too. No editor would list it as it is.

Yep, thanks Nea. I should have checked the site. That's what I get for posting when I was in a hurry.

In fact, deletion is exactly what happened to the URL. The ODP Submission Guidelines clearly state: 'Do not submit sites "under construction." Wait until a site is complete before submitting it.' [emphasis mine]. Submitting sites that are under construction wastes both submitters' and editors' time.

Please do not submit again until your site is complete.

Apologies the site has been live, but the domain transfer went wrong and the site went down. The site will be back up in the next 24 hours.

Just our luck, the site gets reviewed when the site is down!!

Yes, it was unfortunate for you. I see from the Google cache that your site was indeed live at some point. In any event, with only a small number of sites waiting in the category, resubmitting when your site is once again live will hopefully not result in much additional delay in listing.

It's still there in a pretty small pile. Please be patient - an editor will get there eventually. We can't predict when though.
