site submission status for zerplastic.com

Dear Sirs,
I have submitted my site www.zerplastic.com to http://dmoz.org/Regional/Asia/Malaysia/Business_and_Economy/Industries/Manufacturing/Plastic/
for several weeks, but it doesn't appear. Could you please check the status for me ?
Besides, I notice that there is NO EDITOR for the above category, is it one of the reason that my site is still not reviewed ?

The site you asked about shows to have never been submitted to the directory. There is no record of it at all. Looks like something went wrong with the site submission process. You should try submitting again.

Hope this time it could be listed as soon as possible.

OK it is in the que waiting for a review. Give it at least one month and if you are still not listed by then follow up on this thread.

Once again, I noticed that there is no editor for the category I posted. Will this cause taking long time for my website being listed ?

No, no, no, no and no. This is a common misconception - any editor above that category can edit there, plus any editall or meta can edit there. All in all, about 200+ editors will be able to edit that category.

You should always submit to the most relevent category.

Only three unreviewed in Regional/Asia/Malaysia/Business_and_Economy/Industries/Manufacturing/Plastic , so I've cleared all three. Publishing them for now in this cat, though it may later be distributed to actual localities of these manufacturers. As totalxsive mentioned, there are editors higher up in the category tree editing further down ...

Thanks, Sabre23, Thanks A lot. I can see my site listed already. But why in the Open Directory search field, although I type the company name, It doesn't not appear ?
Does it mean the database still not updated yet ?

James, at the bottom of the search results page you can see "Search database last updated on: Mon Jul 8 06:52:56 PDT 2002" at the moment. But being indexed in ODP's internal search has no bearing to any other search engine.
