Site Submission Status HELP www.10000mb.com

Hello,

I had a thread going regarding our site http://www.10000mb.com I put this in a long time ago. Since that time, my home computer crashed completely, thus loosing all information. I had since started fresh on October 3rd, with a request for listing, and I went back to check it again, and the thread is gone. I did put in a notice with the web master as it says to do. So the question is, do I have to start this again?
