The site is listed in the appropriate category: http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Ethnic_and_Regional/Asian/India ; thus, submittals to several other categories including the one you mention have been rejected.

If you think it is not listed in the correct category, then submit an "Update URL" request. But I must say I agree with the other editors: its current placement is appropriate, and additional listings would not be.
