Please see the FAQ section on this site to answer that question. We cannot give indications as we simply don't know ourselves - that is the nature of the the DMOZ beast I'm afraid.

Thanks and sorry for not following the FAQ - I looked at the submission guidelines that said leave it 6 months before asking for another progress update, if review timescales are up to 2 years then there would seem little point in suggesting submitters follow up before then- which would leave editors more time to do the reviews.

An enlightened and very sensible conclusion! Others prefer to chase every 6 months - why is something we don't quite understand fully but we do it anyway. One reason is to see if the site has been moved to a different category - if you are watching for it to appear (the best way to check the status) I guess it helps to know where to look although the DMOZ search facility provides a means to check all categories - except it runs a little out of date and is frequently overloaded.

Though you don't have to wait - it is listed.

It was listed very recently - you may have to wait a day or two if you can't see it, to allow the public servers to catch up, but it is there. Just goes to show that a review can happen any time...
