It really does save a lot of time. If you do not know the category then we cannot trace the site until an editor has done something to it. If nothing has been done then we can only check it in the category that it was submitted to (you tell US where that was). If something has been done (like delete, or move, or list) then we can see those actions quite easily from the logs.

As far as I know it would have been these (2) below as my best guess, I am surprised you are unable to tell some other way? But anyway here they are.

Sorry, but we usually can't see where a site was submitted. In this case, when can at least say it wasn't in one of these two categories ... You may resubmit.

OK I resubmitted but now I wonder if this is an issue between the two domains which we have fixed in order to be the same site host.

The second URL redirects to the first one, and since we don't list redirects you should only submit www.julieandcompany.com .

Yes I understand, that is what I did just today, this was an issue before I took this up with the designer. Now (today) we have submitted the www.julieandcompany.com site, do we have it right this time?
