Site submission status

I have submitted my website www.evesaddiction.com several times over the past few months to the shopping category/jewelry/costume. Our site is well designed, a yahoo store, and we just cant seem to get listed in the dmoz. Can anyone tell me why we are being ignored so that we may fix the problem.
