site submission status

I have been trying to list my site for over a year. Can somebody please tell me what I am doing wrong?

I was told to go to some forum guidelines thing, but I cannot find a forum guidelines link. I do not understand your response. I just want to know what I am doing wrong. I have been trying to list my site for over a year now and have gotten no reponse from you guys. I just wait as you guys say to and nothing happens....so a couple months later I try again. It has been a very long time. Can somebody give me some feedback as to what I am doing wrong?
