Not there I'm afraid and neither has any editor moved or declined it. Are you entirely sure that's a category to which you suggested it?

Your suggestion has been received and is awaiting review in ../Security/Special_Services/. We can't predict when that might be. If it hasn't been listed in 6 months, please ask again in this same thread.

That's OK, we have muppets and Yorkshiremen here all the time, and we cope.

If it is the wrong category the editor will move it when they look at it.
