All 250 odd of them who can edit whichever category you suggested your website to? Practicably, the answer has to be no. You could work your way up the category tree until you find one at the bottom of the page. Click on the name to communicate, but please be aware that editors are advised not to reply.

Please read the FAQ and be patient :) .

Hi Jim,
Thank you for your reply,
is there any way I can find out about my website status without annoying anybody?

No there isn't.

Your site falls into one of these classes
  1. It's listable - we'll list it in time.
  2. It's not the sort of site we list (see guidelines) - we won't ever list it.
  3. We can't find unique and useful content, either because it isn't there or because the navigation is user hostile. We won't list it in that state, but we might if it was improved. Why can't you do that now so that it falls into class 1 automatically?

You can always look to see if it's been listed yet.

If it hasn't been listed yet, for all practical purposes it doesn't matter whether it has been rejected or simply hasn't been reviewed yet.
